An early morning start this morning with a pick up at the hotel at 6.30am for a boat trip to Whitehaven Beach. The boat went via Daydream Island and Hamilton Island before stopping on the bay at Whitehaven Beach. We then got transferred over to the beach where we spent a couple of hours swimming and looking around. The water was beautiful and so clear.
They had suggested we wear stinger suits which is a head to toe covering like a rash vest, but we decided to be daredevils and not wear one. No Irukandgi got us this time!
We had big trevally and little garfish swimming around us and Cam was trying to catch them with his hands.
